On behalf of the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) HIV, STD & Viral Hepatitis program, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the Statewide HIV Annual Conference!  This event is scheduled to take place Tuesday & Wednesday, May 12-13, 2020, at the Nashville Airport Marriott, 600 Marriott Drive, Nashville, TN, 37214. Registration and hotel reservation information will be sent out in a separate email in early 2020.
 
Below is a general schedule of events for planning purposes. 
 
Tuesday, May 12: Meetings on this day are intended only for members/staff of the designated programs.

• Tennessee Community Outreach Initiative (TCOI - formerly TAPWA): all day (times TBD)

• Fiscal: 8:30 am-12:00 pm

• HOPWA: 8:30 am-12:00 pm

• Ryan White: 1:00-6:00 pm

Wednesday, May 13:
Conference-style plenary and concurrent sessions will be held from 8:30 am-5:30 pm and are open to the general public.  Further details to follow in early 2020.
